Referee Schedules for Fall, Spring anfd Summer Tournaments are be posted on Oregon Soccer Central. www.oregonsoccercentral.com

You will need to register and then you will be given the ability to self assign games or accept assigned games.


KSC is always looking for Referees for our Leagues and Tournaments. See below for more info:

If you are interested in being a referee for KSC opportunities for training and jobs are available for the each Fall and Spring season.

"Keizer SC" on

Mini-Soccer (U6-U9): Shifts are on Saturdays during the Spring and include setup and 3 to 4 games in Keizer. Compensation is $10 for setup and $12 per game. Typical income is $46 to $70 for a half days work. Required is a grade 9 Referee Certification or better.
(Past KSC Referees without Level 9 may request exception)

Development League: (U10/U11): Games are on Saturdays during the Spring in Keizer. Compensation is $12 per game with up to 6 games available each day, typical income is $46 to $92. Required is a grade 9 Referee Certification or better.

"MidValley Soccer League" on

MVSL MidValley Soccer League (U12-U14): Games are on Saturdays during the Spring in Keizer, Dallas, Albany, Silverton, Woodburn and Wilsonville. Compensation is $30 for Center and $15 for AR. Required is a grade 8 Referee Certification or better.

Next Level 8 Course

It will be held over three days:
July 24th (Saturday),
July 27th (Tuesday night)
and July 31st (Saturday).

Referee Training consists of classroom sessions and field training sessions. In some classes these are combined and in some they are at separate times and/or locations.

Attendance at every session is mandatory to pass the class.

An additional class may be held in Keizer in late August, strictly tentative at this time.

USSF Level 8 Grade Referee Course.

Level 8 Grade � If you successfully complete this class, pass the written test and register with the USSF, you then will be a Grade 8 USSF referee, able to act as an assistant referee and as a referee in Recreational and Competitive games sanctioned by the OYSA, the OASA and all similar USSF youth and adult affiliates around the country.

Note to Salem, Keizer and surrounding area referees: this is also the qualification desired for referees for the Mid Valley Soccer League.

USSF Registration Fee - $40.00
(payable upon passing the exam)


USSF Level 9 Grade
Recreational Referee Course.

Level Grade 9 � If you successfully complete this class, pass the written test and register with the USSF, you then will be a Grade 9 USSF referee, able to act as an assistant referee and as a referee in Recreational games sanctioned by the OYSA, the OASA and all similar USSF youth and adult affiliates around the country.

Note to Keizer area referees: this is also the qualification desired for referees for the Mini-Soccer and Devlopmental Leagues
